1H Axe type Runic Hatchet's implicit "12% increased physical damage" is not local

- It is worded exactly the same as other weapon implicits; "X% increased attack speed" and "X% increased Critical Strike Chance" yet they are local.

- It is worded exactly the same as other local physical damage mods like Tyranical or Merciless etc, suggesting it should stack additively like Harbinger Bow

I tested by equiping a regular axe and a runic hatchet seperatly and checking the DPS of ethereal knives, dps goes up for runic hatchet. Additionally, for a white runic hatched axe game does not highlight the damage in blue like it does for example Harbinger Bow.

Also anothe note; because of it being global Path of Building calculates the wrong DPS of Runic Hatchets because it thinks it is local, be careful.

I believe that was intended.
If the mod was local, it would have absolutely no purpose (like, it would remain the same as having higher flat damage, directly).
Such implicit might be there to actualy boost both weapons when you're dual wielding (for what it's worth).

It would be notably not the same as higher base Damage. It would scale flat Physical Damage, but would not scale with additional Increased Physical Damage.
The key issue is that it's listed as though it was local.

IF you directly make it a higher flat damage then other percentage damage mods multiplies that flat damage, this way it should work additively with such mods.

Also, how would you explain Dragon Mace base, where 8% Attack Speed implicit mode is local, it is the exact same thing you said.
Absolutely, i totally omitted you could have other sources of increased damage on explicits, which would make it interact differently, my bad.
But i still think the mod being global was intended, but hey, you never know =]
EDIT : and about those maces with implicit local attack speed, they are obselete aswell, except with skills that use a fixed APS, like leap slam.

It should be local or stated explicitly it is a global modifier, but still the in-game tooltip can be wrong too.

Clarification needed from a dev.

I remember this mod being local before, so it's not a logical fail, it's just a bug i suppose.
