Same here, 4 down, gearing up for Elder now but still zero completed on my challenge tab.

This happened to me as well, killed the guardian, no loot, no achievement progress. Any word on this?

It's not broken, it has never been broken.
If you kill the Elder or a Guardian with a different character then the one that started the map, you get no loot and no credit for the kill. If you want to kill the Guardian with a different character, use him to open the map, then immediately switch to your map-clearer, then switch back to the first character. It doesn't make a bit of difference, guys. The balls are inert.

" Incorrect. You get no loot, but you do get the kill credit. That's how those endgame grinds in the league are done: 1 person can endlessly feed guardian/influenced kills to others. No loot is the price for doing it that way. | |
