Differentiate PC vs. Xbox on patch notes

Some of the patch notes are meant (I assume) for PC only, specifically UI changes. Other changes are unclear what platform they may impact. It would be nice for things that only impact one or the other to state as much. If we don't see that designation, we would expect it to impact both.

Additionally, some items we were told were coming for Xbox are not listed. Should our expectation be that an additional list of enhancement will be contained in a separate list or should we not expect those changes anymore? Weapon swap is one example for reference.

It's confusing reading patch notes and not understanding what to expect, especially given the delay between versions. Please consider these types of changes going forward.

Can you tell me if the notes will include much needed fix such as the lack of lockstep, desync issue with movement speed skill at high speed (shield charge,flicker,whirling blade), arrow stuck in wall expiring (barrage/tornado shot/blink arrow/mirror arrow could generate so much of these it would create atrocious lag)

Aswell as small thing such as the ability to set a middle range where ability will alway land (for thing such as trap or firestorm) and the ability to have targeting ignore invulnerable units or simply making those units unable to be targeted. (feel realy bad when you wanna magma orb some stuff and it keep targeting invulnerable shaper/atziri/animate guardian)
