Crash upon trying to enter Cathedral Rooftop Act 5

I’ve tried giving it some time (6 hours or so), turning my console on and off, etc. but every time I tri to enter Cathedral rooftop in Act 5 the level will start to load, the loading gears will disappear, then shortly after the audio will cut out or glitch continuously and the game will crash.

I can’t progress any further with this character as is... so I hope the issue is resolved soon.
1. December 4th, 3:30 pm est
2. Enetering cathedral rooftop entrance on Act 5
3. No error messages
4. Crash to Xbox dashboard
5. Wired internet connection
6. Xbox one (black?) (1st or 2nd gen)
