The Pale Council disconnection

1. What time this happened: Various times, I don't this to be a factor

3. Error messages when failing to teleport, or load into a zone: Unexpected disconnection
4. Crashing to the Xbox Dashboard, or disconnecting back to the login screen: Login screen
5. Video clip: Forgot and not wasting more currency on broken game boss to record it again.

So today myself and another who also has been disconnected from The pale council now a total of three times are having issues of where during the fight the game freezes then disconnects you and forces you to the main menu for you to enter the game again to find there is no portals left where 4 should be present.

The only thing I can pin it on is that the disconnection happens when one boss loses so much health then switches to another as per game mechanic. Next commonality is that the other user and myself both use the Xbox One X.

Please get this fixed!

My crash a few weeks back was on the S but everything else seems correct.
