Lagg Spikes and DC

Hi evereyone,
I have Lagg spikes which cause the character to freeze from 0.5-5 econds everey 30 sec or so, and random disconnects. I have done checked for other programmes and background dls as far as i could with my noob knowledge. I atached an WinMTR, probably you guys know an easy fix for my Problem, thanks in Advance. Where to start. Wired or wireless? If wireless, try plugging in and see if that helps.
5k ping worst at your first hop and packet loss to boot. First things first. Power cycle your router and modem. Turn them both off and unplug them for a minute. Plug 'em back in and rerun the MTR. Packet loss goes away, great. If not, get in contact with your ISP and tell them you are getting packet loss. Make sure that they see your MTR as that is going to be the proof that they will need to see that something is borked.
