Game won't load in DX 11 - cant play in Dx9

Game won't load in DX11 - tells me to restart in DX9, but game is super laggy when I try to play in dx9. ALl my other games work fine in DX11. POE has never done this until today after patch. Playing on windows 10 64 bit with 12 gigs of ram - I think poe has memory leak.

If you're overclocking: Update your MSI Afterburner or simply close it after you apply overclock.

In order for GGG support to help you, you need to post your dxdiag somewhere. I'd suggest to pastebin.com and then a link here, but whatever. Without that it is just guesswork what might be going on.
