how long does change email take to send?

im trying to change my accounts email as i dont have access to my old email n cant unlock my account to play since i moved last year. ive been in contact with tech support in trying to give them the info required to change my email. and i learn yesterday that i could jus do from the website.

Question is: how long will it take for me to recieve the confirmation email so i can play again?
