Hi, just divined my legacy carnage heart, cause it was the reduced % life, and i got this...

I got a little saulty, due to the mixing of the item-codes.

In the screenshot, you can see the by product of this divine, and it's inconsistent with wiki

What do you think is a bug? Divine orbs never add mods to an item.

You knew it was legacy before you divined it, right? If I were thinking of divining a legacy item, I'd read the patch notes where the item changed. In this case it clearly is under the section labeled:
