Selling item disappeared and I can't get the currency

I had many items for sale in my premium stash tab and I received an offer notification for my Tabula Rasa. I immediately went in town (highgate act 9) and accepted the offer. However, I cound not get my currency, as if the trade wasn't accepted. I tried to accept again but I got an error message "the offer is in an invalid state for this action".

Anyway, the Tabula Rasa disappeared from my stash and I cannot get my cuurency. I don't even know if the buyer got my item and if he payed for it.
