Is there any viable Spectral Throw Raider build atm?

I really like the spell because its got a fun mechanic with the returning and etc. I found a 2.6 build with Hands of Wisdom and Action but they have been nerfed and im not sure if they are still viable. Is there a good viable spectral throw raider build? Maybe one that can kill shaper or at least some decent tier maps

ES builds have been nerfed in general since the loss of insta-leech VP. However I'm sure HoWA still one of the best (tankiness, DPS, budget-friendly, clearspeed) among the ES builds currently. Probably could be viable once combined with MoM and other defenses.

Besides the classic ele buzzsaw claw/foil builds and Varunstra, nowadays there is Brutus Lead Sprinkler.
