spectres, where and how?

I'm for sure too stupid too understand ggg's moves around spectres.
Lately I used to raise high level flame sentinels in temple map. Now i get only lightning ribbons, even when i move in with flame sentinels.
Don't try to explain something to me, i will probably not understand it!
But if you can tell me where and how i can get a high level FS, you will help me a lot!

With the new QoL update, GGG eliminated the desecrate bug that people used to use to force minions onto the desecrate table. The community picked up their pitch forks and complained on every outlet they could find. This resulted in GGG announcing that they will be returning the desecrate bug as an intentional feature. They have not announced a specific time the patch will launch however they are hoping to launch this week.

TLDR- GGG is bringing back the desecration bug so once that comes back, you can spawn them basically anywhere from what I've seen like you used to be able to.

So the correction is still not enforced but hopefully will!
