Belly of The Beast - Game Crash

Hey GGG,
3 different characters - 3 crashes. After I get through to the bit with the 3 portal, DOEDRE, SHAVRONNE, MALIGARO etc I complete 1 portal - then when i get back out to do the second, the game crashes. This means you start back out at the quarry waypoint....
