Trade option is gone Xbox

I am an Xbox One Player having Issues with placing items on the Trade Market. I had this option before but it is no longer available. I have premium stash tabs and multiple characters in the Harbinger and standard leagues and the functionality is now missing from both. I have rebooted my console and even uninstalled and reinstalled the game to no avail. So the issue appears to be on the server side.
I have literally spent hundreds of dollars on this game and would like to benefit of my purchases. My Xbox One Gamer Tag = RPM44 Last bumped on Oct 16, 2017, 5:20:05 PM

What option do you believe you are missing? To list your items on the trade board you simply need to make your premium stash tabs public and place the items in them.
