Templar Hirophant LL DP Totems Block/ES Build (Thory Craft) (WIP, Need Help)

So, it is my first time creating my own build on POE and i did a DP self cast build a while back and i enjoyed it so much i have decided to try and make my own. I have came up with a idea of doing DP totems while doing it as LL with maximizing block into the build and going pure Es so i thought because it's my first time i would post the POB pastebin to it and get feedback from you to improve it so it can do near all content.
