Raider Vinktars

Have the same issue here, But I was wondering is it just a visual bug ? or is the Shock effect active?

I have similar problem but I am playing Inquisitor! I have Pious Path ascendancy point but still getting shock from Vinktar even on Consecrated Ground.

Jesus christ how does this happen and how has there not been an emergency fix? Is PoE still in open beta? I can't believe it.
