Blade Runner 2049

Saw it last thursday. Some parts are not bad but overall not a good movie either, the atmosphere was nice but the actors - Gosling and Leto in particular - where not too inspired/inspiring, and the story was interesting at first but many events/things didn't make much sense ( on top of the one Bars pointed out).

Spoiler

-Love goes in the police building twice undisturbed and kills first the coroner and later the boss itself, with no consequences whatsoever and noone trying to stop her? Yeah great security they got...
-They capture Deckard with great display of force yet they trasport him with little to no escort, and no reinforcments/backup
-"Joe" tells Deckard that he can go see his daughter 'cause they'll believe him dead?? It's not as the ship can't be recovered... !?!
-He actually does and on top brings "Joe" with him, who can easily be found and is responsible for broinging the bad guys to Deckard's Hideout in the first place, wtf? The villain is still alive and looking for her, y'know?
-The bad guy killing the newly "born" replicant, why? Imho was just so that we could tell that he's the bad one.
..and a few more that struck me while I was watching it but can't remember atm...

So overall imho this movie was not great and not needed at all, and
Spoiler
hopefully we won't get a sequel
