[BR] Constant ping spikes (Tracert, Ping, WinMTR)

Hi,

There's not a huge amount I can do, except complain to our provider.

Can I get a couple more people to post a current WinMTR to br.login.pathofexile.com? Our provider wont help me unless I have some current ones.
Thanks. I've queried our provider about this. Any additional captures will be helpful.
SoftLayer (our provider) has their network backend team looking into this for us. I'll reply when I have an update.

The issue is caused by the peer 187.16.220.213/21 and this belongs to AS263569 Direct WiFi Telecom / http://www.directwifi.com.br. From the MTR we see packet-loss from this provider.

The most common reason will be the link congestion during that time.

We already send an email to their support team and hope they will replay to as asap.
I have received an update from our provider:

Internet exchange has given a timeslot (Thusday, 26/Oct/2017 from 7am to 10am (UTC-2) for resolving this issue. We apologize for the delay.
Our provider has noticed some improvement.

Could I ask someone to gather another WinMTR to br.login.pathofexile.com and put the results here, so I can pass on feedback?

Thanks for the MTR. It looks like your particular issue isn't coming from the same place as others in this thread. There's >25% packet loss being introduced between your home router and your ISPs first router. I would recommend getting in touch with them, and sending them that output so that they can fix it up for you.

I don't know that to do, lose 1/10 of my maps or stop playing.

As far as I can see, it really does look like there is some problem being introduced by your ISP here. I'm really surprised that this wouldn't affect other games.

I have run a MTR from the Brazil login server back to your IP address. I'll PM you the link to the results. I would recommend sending that through to your ISP to have a look at.

Edit: It looks like you and axelw have the same ISP, and are experiencing the same problem.
