Anull it and hope to delete the dex, life on kill, or strength. then craft attack speed and its 5ex easy in harbinger. probably sell it for over 10 if you willing to wait for a buyer. However if you hit the flat phys roll or the larger percent phys roll with the anulls you're fucked. You can sell it for 60c as is. the other axes with the same dps are listed for 80-100c but yours has no crafting slot so it's worth far less. however you can risk it and anull to craft attack speed and be rich as fuck.
