Best life/attack belt in sc harbinger?

I actually got this while trying to chance a HH, lol


Room to craft movespeed (edit: now just applied movespeed), no wasted mods, two middling resists (t3 and t4)... and t1 life, strength, and elemental damage with attacks.

For now I set the buyout as 40ex but I hope people won't be too intimidated to offer (not necessarily here, this isn't a sales topic, I mean based on my poe.trade entry). The only belt with better explicits for sale is a studded belt (there's also a studded belt with exactly the same explicit tiers).

intimidation is high; specially at that price. nice belt though

Nice belt, but it's not that great as you think...

Isn't this BiS for almost every build because of the free more multiplier?
