Triple res, high hp and evasion Zodiac Leather

I've had it for a month already, and yet, it is still 5l (yeah, unlucky). It was a low tier map drop (therefore ilvl of 76) and t1 mods would be impossible to obtain, although, it is still pretty decent. Was wondering what's the estimated value and your opinions on this:

It has a nice life roll, and the resist mods are great, too, but it's got nothing on a same ilvl QotF, which is going to benefit immensely from any high evasion build anyway due to the added movement speed. I think any wander or bow ranger using raider or any build, really, that gets phasing is going to prefer the move speed because it essentially becomes another survivability stat at high levels.
