Took a look at your build, couple of comments and suggestions:

1. What skills are you using, or going to use?

2. I urge you to take out some of your staff/two handed damage nodes and get more health. (For instance 2 points up near the top of your build for 26% more life)

3. No matter what its going to be very tough in Act 3 Cruel and beyond without some of the very best gear.

Much, Much better. However I still see a few flaws. You've got all this dex/accuracy and you also Resolute Technique. Accuracy is your hit chance but with Resolute Technique your hit chance is 100% so as you can see hit chance is not needed. You'll have to decide if you want to hit 100% of the time or take accuracy/dex nodes and be able to crit.
