Need Iron reflexes/leather and steel clarification

That formula is not correct because it "Armour and evasion%" is not a separate thing.

Evasion converted to Armour is affected by increases to evasion or to armour.
Armour is increased by increases to armour.

For those who absolutely must have a formula:
"
base_evasion * (1 + [total all % increases that apply to armour or to evasion]) +
base_armour * ( [total all % increases that apply to armour])


L&S is a % increase that applies to armour or to evasion, so is included in the total on the first line.
L&S is also a % increase that applies to armour, so is included in the total on the second line.

L&S is one bonus, there's no way it can ever apply twice to the same value.
