Act 5: Cathedral rooftop crashing

Information to Include:
1. Sep 10th, 10am est
2. Act 5 entering cathedral rooftop entrance
3. No error messages
4. Crashing to Xbox dashboard
6. Cabled internet connection
7. Xbox one s gears of war edition

The game crashes when trying to enter the instance. The load screen pops up for a few seconds, then the screen goes black for a second or two, then crashed to dashboard. Attempted entering the instance three times, all three times same result.

Same issue exactly. I’ve tried giving it some time (6 hours or so), turning my console on and off, etc. but every time I tri to enter Cathedral rooftop in Act 5 the level will start to load, the loading gears will disappear, then shortly after the audio will cut out or glitch continuously and the game will crash.

I can’t progress any further with this character as is... so I hope the issue is resolved soon.
