Are Chests Effected by IIR/IIQ?

Hi all, sorry if this is a common thread question, but i couldnt find anything definitive in my searches.

I recently rolled a vaal pyramid map into the Vault, and i was curious if i should build an IIR/IIQ gearset b4 running thru popping chests.

Nope, IIQ/R on gear or support gems won't affect chest drop rates.

But Map implicit quantity will affect them.
