1. I haven't looked into it that deeply, but it seems like you'd have to give up too much.

2. It's cheap to get going. Expensive to min-max.

Lightning Warp won't trigger Fortify. Slow. Can't trigger EO that well because of how slow it is.

Leap Slam has half the attack speed of Shield Charge and costs twice as much to use. You can still use it, it just won't be nearly as good.

Because of the "Nearby Enemies are Intimidated" mod. It gives you 10% MORE damage.

It's better damage wise. 6% more damage than a perfectly rolled rare belt.
I assume you would use headhunter belt over others just a cost issue? I am speaking for map speed clearing (t13) only.

Any other gear changes you would make if the focus was on speed clearing maps and not needing big single target capability? I already put on Atrizi garb so I could add IIR/IIQ to RF. Also switched out kaoms boots for nubuck. Those 2 changes leave me with 4X2 extra game slots. Any recommendations on those? (I did convert a 3 gem to a 4 gem with immortal call added so teachnically I have a 3 and a 4 socket open).

Any other changes you would recommend for more clear speed?

Yes. It's a great choice. It also gives dex which can be used to level your Faster Attacks gem.

2. Replace defensive Flasks with Silver and Quicksilver Flask
3. Boot enchant: 16% increased Attack and Cast Speed if you've Killed Recently
