the fact this wasnt originally put into the game on release is just terrible. Instead we are left asking the stupid question . Can we have a ladder or what ?

Just so you are aware, there are ladders. I got an Emperor's Mastery jewel from having the fastest Uber Lab time the yesterday. So, they are tracking it. I agree it would be nice to see it.

There is no ladder working on PC and you ask for Xbox version LOL.
