I can confirm that as well. Totally breaks the build I had planned.

Not a bug.
War Bringer: "Recover 25% of Life and Mana when you use a Warcry". Same as with all other Ascendancy passives, you need to USE a matching skill. Triggering something via CWDT, CoC or unique/essence mods doesn't count as USING it. |
