Why do you have servers in Japan if you don't have a Japanese version?

Serious question for GGG.
My friends here love the game and want to play it but the only thing keeps them away is language.

Having server(s) in Japan means you want to appeal Japanese players, right?

Are you working on a Japanese language patch?
Do you need any JP <=> EN translation volunteers?

If you dont reply to me - I dont care either because I dont come back to see who replied to me
And a Japanese translation is an ENORMOUS undertaking, even assuming (and I do) that they leave all the voice acting in English.

It's not as simple as giving a professional translator a block of text and paying to have it translated. There are questions of lore, of consistency, and of jargon specific to this game. If I were in GGG's shoes, I would not attempt such an undertaking without a Japanese native on hand in NZ who is intimately familiar with the game and can double-check every piece of translation that comes in.

And I wouldn't hire such a person without a reasonable belief that it would yield a profit, which in turn would require research by an expert in the Japanese market and marketing/advertising in Japan coordinated by the same person (probably). The console release might suggest promising results, but remember that the Xbox is not popular in Japan.

And all of the above sits against the backdrop of the fact that they just released their largest, most rushed, and buggiest content patch since beta days. They have a shit-ton of cleaning up to do right now. Adding additional languages is probably pretty low on the priority list.

残念ながら待つしかないと思います。というか、結局何も作らないかもしれません。作ったら嬉しいっすけどな。
