Clearing fast, how fast is fast enough for you?

Easy question that I have been wondering about for some time now.

Lets say a rare Shaped Racecourse(tier 11) with no health mods or something to slow it down. What would you consider to be fast enough for a build to clear this, in order for you to accept it as a fast build.

Clear = Boss killed and less than 50 mobs remaining - skipping loot to keep it straigth forward

What would you consider to be too slow for your liking and why?

How about a T16 in 45 seconds.

Well, technically clear is just killing the boss. So you're not looking for clear speed, you're looking for farming speed.

In Legacy I did a mix of maps for T6 tril-leaguestone challenge, but Racecourse was a big chunk. Could easily run to boss and clear the map right away. But sometimes I killed a few along the way.

As for farming speed, any build that can toggle between good AoE and good single target DPS is fine.

Depends on the currency invested in gear.

I voted for 4-5 mins, because I set the bar at max 20c investment. My current char would probably die against those bosses.
This is still a loaded question.

To be fair, clear speed to me is a "feel" and not really tangible in terms of pure time.

For example if I have a linear layout map, the an overly-tanky boss will feel like a complete slog. However if I have a windy map, I probably won't even notice that the boss is taking longer because the map itself was slow to navigate.

At the end of the day it has to be a "feel" thing...honestly for me the biggest issue for me is map density.

Keep the bosses tanky if you want...but raise the mob density and lower xp/loot to balance. I rather kill 1000 enemies at 1xp each than 100 enemies at 10xp each.

I like slaying hoards of monsters and nothing is more annoying than having to traverse tons of map real estate without enemies. It doesn't feel good at all as a player.
When I come home from work, I actually prefer a slow pace...
Clear speed is everything less then 5 mins or I go mad.
