I rarely see loot better than what was seen in the video. Rogue Exiles are far more willing to drop amulets and rings for recipe completion (this is most blatantly obvious on Precinct where the bosses actually are rogue exiles), and bosses don't like to drop useful maps at least in my experience. Are you for reals? Pre 3.0 guardians dropped a good 10-20 rares.
