semi-beginner LF coc builds /help

hey everybody
hope this is the correct area for this topic. if no. then feel free to move it. typically.
with the launch of 3.0 the devs said they improved the coc performance and I wanted to try it... I am lvl 76 rf as League starter. farmed 40c so far. I know that's not much but at least it's something...

now my question:
1)are there budget coc builds you can recommend? /w guide for lvling etc please
2)coc only viable with discharge builds?
3)is coc only viable with high amount of currency?
4)how good is coc actually?

I dont recall seeing any CoC improvements in the patch notes, what improvements did they do to it?

performance improvement. nothing with the skill itself. just wax better performance. they made a video about it.

I am not sure about current coc state, but you might want to check some streamer on Twitch (https://www.twitch.tv/cutedog_) to see how good Cospri is.

I put all those kind of builds in same category, so sorry if you want info on pure coc.

Oh you talk about the performance improvement... yea CoC is still bad.

Its not :( Don't bother with it. CoC is in a very disappointing state.
