Arctic weapon effect

Is this supposed to be only on one weapon?
Asking cause the Oriath and Breach weapon effects apply to both weapons at the same time. Or are the latter special in that they do that? Last bumped on Aug 19, 2017, 9:23:40 AM

MTX you buy separately can only be used on a single item at a time. MTX from promotions and supporter packs bend the rules due to their much higher price / limited availability.
