Toucan should be allowed in global 1

So global 1 == Twitch chat, especially at the start of a new league. It's cancer, it's spam, it's all shitposts. Every once in a while, a toucan or flashbang comes through and everyone goes crazy and it's absolutely hilarious how crazy everyone goes.
I just think a 24-hour mute is a bit excessive for a shitpost in global 1. I think there should be a 1-hour mute in global 1 for toucans, and a standard 24-hour mute for other channels. This will prevent people from abusing it and spamming it over and over again, but still allow for global 1 to remain toxic. Praise toucan. Last bumped on Aug 18, 2017, 12:11:39 PM
