Constant lag spikes on both Lockstep/Predictive

Hello there, I've been having these problems since a lot of time. Sometimes game is playable, but another time it's horrible. I tried to solve the issue many times, failed all the time. I'm playing on a wireless connection. I'm using router TP-LINK TL-WR841N, ping in every game seems to be fine. In PoE I've got ping 38-49 jumping to 200-300 and even more sometimes.

I'm gonna post my WinMTR results.

P.S I 've watched a lot of YouTube videos relating to this problem, and I found one very interesting that has proven that VSYNC is affecting ping. I don't know how it is done but it really does. You can verify this info by yourselves. Don't know if it is related to my issue, but still find this information pretty useful.

I will answer all questions that I will be able to help solve my problem :(

Here is my WinMTR result:

Are your channels on the wireless router set or is it on AUTO?

If you're in a congested area, you should see an improvement turning off AUTO.

I've read about wireless channels. Watched YouTube video about changing channel to least crowded and I changed it, but I haven't noticed any changes from using AUTO and now manual channel (now I'm connected to a channel that isn't occupied by anyone).
How many devices are actively connected to your wireless router?

Have you tried disconnecting all but your computer and testing?

When I'm playing PoE there is nothing but my computer connected to the router. I've also checked earlier if my phone on Wi-Fi is making things worse and I noticed that it doesn't matter at all.
Are you using 2.4 or 5GHz?

Do you know what bands your wireless card and router are capable of?

I use 2.4 GHz

I don't know about capability of my router and wireless card but does it really affect my ping?
Any interruptions or hiccups to a connection can cause latency issues and ultimately time outs or packet loss.

Wireless is already at a disadvantage, in that more and more devices are broadcasting across the same frequency spans. Imagine it like traffic. More cars on the same finite road. It's important to know the best routes to take on the roads, the clearest paths, to avoid hitting that traffic.

While that is a basic example, it illustrates the importance of these factors.

Consumer routers support the bands they do for compatibility, as people still use an assortment of devices that only support up to certain band or type. The latest being ~802.11ac on 5.0/2.4 channels.

Any wireless setup, router and card, can work smooth or have constant dropped signals right out of the box. Setting the channels will help, as it narrows the band in which your signals are broadcasted and retrieved.

The importance of knowing capability is that you're using the best available options out there, in a system where without fine tuning these settings, can lead to unreliable connections. (wireless IP cameras are a perfect example of this)
