No one can see my messages in game.

I am on hardcore harbinger league.
I can make another character in the same league and chat just fine, but on the character PenIslandDotCom no one can see my messages. I have confirmed by trying to message friends while being in voice chat with them. Did I get muted without warning on that one character? Or is she just bugged? I'm sorry for the crap response, but the only thing I can suggest is that you send an e-mail to support@grindinggear.com about this (if you haven't already). Since 3.0 launched, GGG staff have had less time for the forum than usual. If you e-mail them they'll definitely help you out. I'm not sure if they might need you to rename the character.
