can create hideout but cant claim hide out

i can invite masters in to the hideout but i cant upgrade. the problem seems to be that the game doesn't recognize that the hideout i have belongs to the master. i have tried all masters but leo with no help, also i seem to have duplicates of all the crafting benches. even when i haven't discovered them yet. ex zana map device is available while leveling.

" Zana is Level 4, so she can't provide you an upgraded hideout yet. Haku is Level 5 and his hideout is already Medium one. Benches duplicates are the side effects of 2.6.3 MTX patch. Remember, suffering is convenient.
That is why many people prefer it. Happiness requires effort. |

thanks i thought you had tomanually upgrade hideouts. its still odd that the claim hideout button is visible to masters which you already own the hideout for.
