Does Dual HoWA Work in 3.0?

i wanted to make ST HoWA build but i didn't have time in 2.6 now i wanted to do one but i don't understand why ppl are saying it's nerfed.
before it give 1-6 per 10 int now it give 1-10 per 10 int so i think this is buff right? that mean when dual wield 2-20 light dmg per 10 int that's huge buff to dmg Last bumped on Aug 16, 2017, 5:19:50 AM

Dual wield doesn't provide you double flat dmg now.

" Yep, the +Lightning Damage bonus is local to the weapon now. Dual-wielding still offers 10% More Attack Speed, and up to 12% Int/Dex is hella good. However, due to ES values being lower than before and the loss of Vaal Pact, a good ES Shield might be preferable simply for the survivability. |
