Righteous Fire + Area Damage
How does righteous fire interact with Increased Area Damage, such as Amplify.
Also, is it affected by increased radius? Last bumped on Jan 2, 2017, 5:54:38 PM

I know increased fire damage does not affect it, and increased burning damage affects everything, including the player.
I am hoping that increased aoe damage only affects enemies, as the player is not hit by the aoe portion of the attack. Last edited by loopholist3#6640 on Feb 25, 2013, 5:06:26 PM

Dot effects are weird. They're not considered damage by most mechanics (except burning damage, hence the weirdness). In other words, it doesn't interact with anything really. Except burning.

Does 'increased burning damage' really increase its damage? I think I read somewhere that it actually decreases it.

its been stated by GGG that inceased burning does increase the damage, vs enemies and also your self. pretty sure increased fire damage does affect it as well but best to go read the skill forum section since the answer will be there.

Bump
Righteous fire is AOE in text. but we all know that actually, only increase burn damage passive works as damage modifier. BTW, we know that the support increase area effect work. but, i never see anything about the 2 passive nodes ( templar and witch ) for increase area are working or not. answer is welcome |

There is a fine line between Consideration and Hesitation. The former is Wisdom, the latter is Fear. Last edited by Demonoz#1375 on Jan 2, 2017, 6:05:54 PM
