need help with my flicker build

no matter how much i try i can never infinitely flicker a boss, i can infinitely flicker groups of enemies though since my fenzy charges reset upon killing, i can do up to T5 maps atm.

i just don't know what to do with my gear setup.
my character is KhaleesiWins.
