Weapon Ailment Passive Nodes
Passives like Wrecking Ball's 20% increased Damage with Ailments from Attack Skills while wielding a Two Handed Weapon affects Ailments applied by One Handed Weapons, whereas passives like Strong Arm's 25% increased Damage with Ailments from Attack Skills while wielding a One Handed Weapon affects Ailments applied by Two Handed Weapons.

I think this sums up all other bug reports regarding ailment damage. And is proably the best description of the bug.
One- and two-handed weapons seem to be switched in that regard. | |
So looks like this didn't get fixed in the patch notes?

Yeah, still isn't fixed. Good to know GGG has noticed the issue though.
