League questions

So Legacy league is my first league, and first time playing the game.

I have a few questions.

1) When league ends, is it like diablo, where all the league specific items and uniques can now be used/found in standard?

2)When a new league begins, do you lose all currency?

3)Can you use existing mtx for new league?

4)Do the current league uniques, like, the Red nightmare or flasks for example, carry over to new league and will they be able to be found again?

Characters are transferred to their parent league (e.g. from Hardcore Legacy to Hardcore).

Stash tabs get moved over, but will be made withdraw-only. They don't expire.

Your currency, characters, and items each exist within a specific league.

When you enter a new challenge league for the first time, you won't have access to anything which resides in other leagues. However, if you log into those other leagues everything will still be there.
