Supporter Pack

I accidentally bought a supporter pack on the nonsteam linked version of this account and was wondering if there was anyway to get it transfered over to the correct version of my account without having to rebuy the 30$ pack.I have contacted support and they told the right people were working on it but I haven't heard anything from them in over 12 hours.
