Still taking reflect damage with 110% reduction

I'm deadeye/elementalist ascendant wearing a sibyl's lament in my left ring slot and using soul of yugul minor pantheon which should equal 110% reduced reflect damage taken. This works as intended in most maps but maps with -max seem to cause me to take normal reflected damage. I'm an elemental wander for reference.

EDIT: The shock from vessel of vinktar is what is causing me to take reflected damage, but if there is no reflected damage to amplify why does it work this way?

Because Shock gives you "+50% increased damage taken" which is additive with "% reduced (reflected) damage taken".

-110% + 50% = -60% reflected damage taken.

(Edit: 60%, I can't math)

If my incoming damage is -110%, how is taking 50% increased damage suddenly making me take damage that is completely negated to begin with?
If you have 110% reduced damage taken, and 50% increased damage taken, then the total is 60% reduced damage taken. Increased and reduced modifiers applying to the same value are always additive in PoE.

Wearing Abyssus and with the Yugul pantheon (20% less reflected damage) and AA as the only other factor, would this be the math?

100 physical dmg dealt
20 reflected
20 * 1.4 = 28 to be taken (additive first)
28 * (0.8) * (0.88) = 19.7 = 20 actually taken

No. Yugul's patheon power is reduced reflected damage taken, not less. It's additive with other increases and reductions to damage taken, including Abyssus.
