to me social welfare is worst thing everr

I get the feeling that the OP actually never worked in a factory, were 2-3 people produce 5-10 tons of XY each day. Just because robots don´t do everything jet doesnt mean that machines don´t already tremendously help jet. That is exactly what we see globaly,
like what 1 Person is able to sustain 20, because of Automatisation.

There are already hundrets of professions that are not nescessary important or required.
For example, we have more or less meaningless Services for everything and they are oversaturated, like Restaurants, Barbers. Currently, a nation won´t be rich if they only have Services, because industry therefor export is more or less the backbone of a nation.

Society has to either share the wealth or the work. There is no unlimited economic growth, unless the Population consistantly grows, more people more work required to sustain them, but that won´t Impact the 1-20 Ratio previously mentioned.

We need some form of socialism in the long run and a tiny bit of sharing across our borders.
But, third world country´s have to make the first small step´s to order on there own.

The price of incarceration is like 20 times that of welfare per person affected and 5x in annual budget.

It depends upon one's goals. If you are most interested in individual achievement and personal accumulation of wealth and lifestyle, then you will push your community towards rewarding the most ruthless and most greedy.

If one has a goal that is more inclusive and seeks to improve the quality of life for the largest number of people possible, then you will push your community towards a shared wealth model.

What are your goals?

BTW, high IQ is a stupid marker for anything. High IQ folks can be as dysfunctional and non contributing as those who are average or less. If you were wiser, you would know this.

I didn't say "a mono-currency system;" I figured that goes without saying here. Even barter systems have their Stones of Jordan. People will find viable currencies even in spite of "developer" intent.
