wrong icons on passive tree

1. minor nodes leading to fatal blade are still using accuracy icons after them being changed to critical nodes

2. occultist's dominion still uses elemental tricolor theme after having its elemental damage changed to spell damage and name change

3. projectile damage and one handed damage leading to aspect of the lynx and weapon artistry are placed outside of background wheels creating inconsistency
