Help me formulate a Wombo Poison Glacial Cascade using updated skills and items

With 3.0 glacial cascade has been improved. It is now a pure physical skill and converts 60% of damage to cold. This means we can finally scale it in a reasonable way. Also Ming's heart has received a buff reducing life reduction form 10% to a possible 5%.

My idea is this:

2x sage of solaris wands = 40% elemental damage as extra chaos damage
2x Mings heart rings = 40% physical damage as extra chaos damage
Incandescent heart = 20% of elemental damage as extra chaos damage
( Plus 5% jewels if you want to get fancy)

Glacial cascade is the only skill that you could do this with because of its unique conversion. Over 100% of total elemental damage as bonus chaos damage is easily possible. The question is what to do with it? There are a lot of changes to dots and poison in 3.0 so not sure how to make use of this best.

Some options:

Somewhere we have to convert the remaining 40% Physical from glacial cascade back to elemental damage. Could be done on the passive tree or with Hrimburn gloves. (Probably some other ways I cant think of atm)
If we choose pathfinder also used hrimburn, we could be igniting and poisoning with glacial cascade and perhaps freezing (hehehe)

Just brainstorming and killing time at work help me out with some ideas! :D

Physical to lightning could be a interesting way to convert it since poison/ignite/freeze are all now "ailments", why not throw in a shock?

Could also go necromancer and use spirit offering if you really want to get crazy with the bonus chaos damage. With that and the 12% spirit offering helmet enchant and a The Green Dream jewel you could bring your bonus chaos damage to about 150%! What does this all mean?? Idk. But i like it.

Poison seems to be in a weird state for stuff like this. In path of building I have 100% of elemental damage as bonus chaos damage. Even with poison nodes on the tree and gems supporting poison, the poison dps is just terrible.
Final thought:

Essence of insanity helmet enchant would be pretty awesome with this. Ok bye
Force shaper in the tree, 5% of phys as added chaos, sin's rebirth/unholy might another 30%, atziri's promise (not sure how it works with conversion) up to 25% (?).
