Looking for an ES Ranger build that uses Shavs/Soul Quiver.

Hello, i'm a fairly new player trying to figure out what kind of build to make with the following items. Any help would be massively appreciated as i've no idea how to build the ranger-style characters.

shavs isnt the best idea for bow rangers. for additional 1 aura, losing 400ES+(CI chests) is not a good trade off.
