I watch DBZ super. Spoiler OMG can't wait for next week. What is that rat god of destruction and the god of destruction of universe 9 up to?? Are they going to cripple universe 7 by doing something bad to Beerus? Or are they going to take out Frieza?? Anyone have any thoughts? It's not clear to me! (FYI for everyone who doesn't know, new subbed episodes are live on youtube every Saturday between approx. 7-9 pm US central time) Also, Goku is really, really dumb in DBZ super. Spoiler You know Frieza is going to back-stab and betray Universe 7 it's only a matter of time. Goku should have recruited Yamcha. Has everyone forgotten that Yamcha still exists????? I liked the Future Trunks saga, mostly. I also enjoyed some of the dumb filler episodes like everyone playing baseball. I tend to like the humor more than the fighting most of the time, takes me back to the earlier Dragonball. Spoiler Although I really want to see Goku get destroyed for what an idiot he is. It would be immensely satisfying for me. All the other universes are far more interesting than ours. It also feels a shame to bring back Frieza, who already felt overused in Resurrection F in my opinion. If you want to bring back a villain, bring back Perfect Cell! DB Super is a lot closer to DB than DBZ. Love the more hand to hand combat too rather than all the beams and blasts.
