We will probably get it at the end of the events, right before the fall of oriath launch. Perfect timing if you ask me.

They don't give them out at the end of a race. They give them out at the end of the race season (or probably race week since they divided these events into weeks).

For these ones it has to be done manually, so it'll be during the workweek. Note that Monday is a public holiday in NZ so the people I would ask to do it won't be in until Tuesday. – Chris on Reddit
